The systematic teaching courses and retreat contents developed by Yuandan Trinley Dorje Rinpoche enable men and women of all ages and backgrounds to integrate the Buddha's teachings into modern life.
Rinpoche developed a course on the generation stage of Dzogchen to help beginners understand Tibetan Buddhism and basic meditation content.
The advanced course focuses on the content of the Dzogchen (Great Perfection) stage. It provides a systematic and comprehensive introduction to the practical and authentic tantric practices, aiming to awaken practitioners' mind and nature, leading them to the realization of the perfect, luminous, and primordial mind.
All courses begin with the generation stage meditation. Experienced instructors are available at various monasteries and meditation centers, and you can consult with them to select the most appropriate course.
Mind, body and spirit health meditation course
Everyone wants to have a healthy and happy life, but due to the pressure and troubles brought by real life, everyone gradually loses happiness and health.
Through "Body, Mind, and Spirit Health Meditation," we can awaken our inherent inner peace and ease. When our minds settle into stillness, no longer swayed by external fluctuations, our hearts can break free from the shackles of emotion, revealing the inherent brightness and awareness. At this point, we will also notice significant improvements in our physical health, interpersonal relationships, and happiness following us everywhere.
The "Body, Mind and Spiritual Health Meditation" course was specially developed by Yuandan Trinley Dorje Rinpoche based on the traditional teachings. The courses include: "Physical Health Class", "Mental Health Class", and "Spiritual Development and Sublimation Class".
Experienced instructors are responsible for teaching in monasteries and meditation centers across the country. Practitioners can quickly grasp the wisdom of ancient Tibetan Buddhism, use the Buddha's teachings to correct their thoughts and behaviors, and apply them to daily life to benefit modern life.
Hospice Care
The Hospice Care course provides practical meditation exercises to bring tangible benefits to those facing illness, death, their families, and caregivers.
Teachings include using meditation to guide the dying and their families to face death with equanimity, and using wisdom to overcome fear and grief. Practical training sessions are also offered to develop the compassion, love, and wisdom needed to guide the dying and their families through this difficult time.
The Hospice Care course course also provides training for end of life guidance volunteers. Anyone working in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and social workers can take this course to help those facing illness, death, disability, and their families to peacefully go through the painful process.
Meditation for Executives
The content of the Meditation for Executives course is derived from the wisdom of the ancestors. Through the course, practitioners can develop their potential wisdom and establish a happy working environment and a better management system.
The meditation courses for Executives include: "Wisdom Development Class", "Utilization of Wisdom Class - Methods, Language, Behavior and Mind", "Physical Silence Class", "Silence of Speech Class" and "Mindfulness Class".
Children's Enlightenment Meditation Course
Through the Zen meditation training of "stopping thoughts" and "relaxation", children are taught how to give their brains a short break, maintain a happy state for a long time, reduce the jumping of thoughts, and focus on the present, so as to develop more potential and benefit their future lives.
The children's intelligence-enhancing meditation courses include "Body Quietness Class", "Visualization Class", "Chanting Class", "Hand Seal Wisdom-Enhancing Class", "Silence and Silence Meditation Class", "Human Potential Development and Intelligence-Enhancing Class", and "Parent-Child Class".
Meditation for Expectant Mothers
During pregnancy, achieving deep relaxation through meditation and maintaining good interaction with the fetus can bring substantial benefits to both the pregnant woman and the fetus.
The deep relaxation techniques taught in the Meditation for Expectant Mothers course improve the flow and regularity of a pregnant woman's blood circulation and respiratory system, significantly benefiting both the mother and the fetus physically. Mentally, the mother becomes more calm and open, better able to focus on the fetus within her. This helps her maintain a stable mood, giving the fetus positive information and energy.
Fathers of pregnant women are welcome to participate in the meditation program. Once the father begins to experience the presence of the fetus, he or she will naturally be able to engage in deep communication with the fetus.
The Meditation for Expectant Mothers courses include "Pregnant Women Meditation Health Class", "Mother and Child Meditation Spiritual Class", and "Fetal Meditation Class".
